ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
NEW
MILLENNIUM MINISTRIES, INC.
We, the
undersigned natural persons of legal age, acting as
incorporators of a corporation - the New Millennium
Ministries, Inc. (herein referred to as NMM) do hereby make
and adopt the following Articles of Incorporation for the
purpose of forming a non-stock, non-profit corporation under
and by virtue of the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Preamble
New Millennium Ministries are encapsulated in seven basic
principles:
1. The Bible is the inerrant Word of God. Proper exegesis of the
Bible is essential in the work of all facets of this ministry.
Ordination
NMM
shall ordain ministers for accomplishing the work of the
gospel of Jesus Christ. Ordination is the public
acknowledgement by the NMM in recognizing God's call upon a
candidate for the sacred ministry of the Gospel of Jesus

authority to perform baptisms, funerals, marriages, and to
